Shipping Policy – Sunnah & Soul

At Sunnah & Soul, we take pride in dispatching your order quickly and carefully. Every item is prepared with intention and packaged from our UK base in Manchester.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days – £3.99

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days – £6.99

Free UK Delivery on orders over £30

Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or a trusted courier service. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and times vary depending on location and weight of your order.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international), please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
